Parametric method for assessing individual bioequivalence (IBE) may concentrate on the hypothesis that the PK responses are normal. Nonparametric method for evaluating IBE would be bootstrap method. In 2001, the United States Food and Drug Administration (FDA) proposed a draft guidance. The purpose of this article is to evaluate the IBE between test drug and reference drug by bootstrap and Bayesian bootstrap method. We study the power of bootstrap test procedures and the parametric test procedures in FDA (2001). We find that the Bayesian bootstrap method is the most excellent.  相似文献

In this paper we analyze a measure of the insurance company’s value in an extended Lundberg model which includes the effect of competition on pricing. In this paper, we study a linearized Crank–Nicolson Galerkin finite element method for solving the nonlinear fractional Ginzburg–Landau equation. The boundedness, existence and uniqueness of the numerical solution are studied in details. Then we prove that the optimal error estimates hold unconditionally, in the sense that no restriction on the size of the time step in terms of the spatial mesh size needs to be assumed. Finally, numerical tests are investigated to support our theoretical analysis.  相似文献

On the basis of bifurcation theory, we use Newton's method to compute and visualize the multiple solutions to a series of typical semilinear elliptic boundary value problems with a homogeneous Dirichlet boundary condition in . We present three algorithms on the basis of the bifurcation method to solving these multiple solutions. We will compute and visualize the profiles of such multiple solutions, thereby exhibiting the geometrical effects of the domains on the multiplicity. The domains include the square, disk, symmetric or nonsymmetric annuli and dumbbell. The nonlinear partial differential equations include the Lane–Emden equation, concave–convex nonlinearities, Henon equation, and generalized Lane–Emden system. This paper presents a Data Envelopment Analysis (DEA) network model that allows inclusion of customer satisfaction in efficiency and productivity measures. The network consists of a production node and a consumption node and offers flexibility in modelling the production and consumption process where a firm-specific allocation of input resources to production and customer oriented activities is allowed. The proposed model is applied on a sample of Swedish pharmacies with organizational objectives that necessitates a monitoring of efficiency and productivity as well as customer satisfaction. Estimation results from the network model and a direct productivity model (without customer satisfaction) are compared and indicate that the technical efficiency is lower under the network model. The productivity results indicate productivity progress under both models, albeit with a slower rate of change under the network model.  相似文献

We propose an interactive approach for multiple objective integer linear programming (MOILP) problems that combines the use of the Tchebycheff metric with cutting plane techniques. At each interaction, the method computes the nondominated solution for the MOILP problem that is closest to a reference point according to the Tchebycheff metric. The information provided by the decision maker in each dialogue phase is used to adjust the next reference point through a sensitivity analysis stage. Cutting plane techniques enable the method to take advantage of computations performed at previous iterations to solve the next scalarizing integer program. We address both theoretical issues and the computational implementation.  相似文献

A design approach of guided-mode resonance filter (GMRF) with an antireflective surface at oblique incidence is presented. For a given incident angle or grating filling factor, the required grating filling factor or incident angle can be expressed by the analytical forms of the quadratic equations at quarter-wavelength thickness. Long-range, low sidebands are obtainable for a single-layer GMRF under the TM mode wave illumination at oblique incidence. The reflection properties such as the symmetry of the lineshape and the sideband level in the logarithm scale can be further improved by slightly varying both the grating period and the grating thickness. Magnetic field enhancement occurs in these structures due to the coupling between the evanescent diffracted order and the waveguide mode.  相似文献
